2004.
I was a stay at home mom for my two children Jade, who was 3 at the time, and Jack, who was 1. I had started my own consulting business as a Space Planner/Designer to earn extra money and keep my resume fresh while staying at home with my kids. After they went to bed, I started my work. I signed up July 1st in time to go to National Conference. I told my husband that this would be the best way to learn if this business was for me. I had the time of my life at Conference and I haven’t looked back!
I love the social aspect of the home parties. I love saying “When I go to work I end up at a party!” I am able to care for my children working less hours than I did with my consulting business and earn full time pay. I love my job, it has been the perfect opportunity to successfully balance my family and career.
